1. Group Tours

• 1–2 persons: No deposit required. Payment on the day of the tour.
• 3+ persons: 15–25% deposit to confirm booking, remaining balance on the day.

Cancellation Policy:

• 48+ hours: 100% refund of deposit
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: Non-refundable

1. Private Tours

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance paid on the day of the tour

Cancellation Policy:

• 72+ hours: 100% refund
• 48–72 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

1. Flight Tours & Packages

• Full payment required to confirm booking

Cancellation Policy:

• Flight tickets are non-refundable after confirmation
• Transfers & arrangements are non-refundable

💡 We always try to remain flexible in special cases.

👉 Our representative will collect the payment from you at the airport or hotel in cash or via Visa terminal.
